Saw this amazing product popping up on my hotmail, read all the testimonials and decided to give the FREE trial only pay £4.95 postage a try. Began the ordering process which started with bank details. was a little reticent but looked for the security logos on the webpage and they were there. Only when I had completed order for first of two products did the terms and conditions appear. I read these and realised that there was misleading information being given. I instantly e-mailed to cancel order, but received response telling me this was already too late and order had been processed. Order has arrived today and I telephoned helpline ... outside uk. was not happy with response and will be initiating return of products and repayment. very distressed and disgusted at practice and seeking legal address. not so much the money but the ethical issue
