A man called me and told me that the Rx Helper could get me a huge discount on Lyrica for $60.00 initial deposit and $59.95 each month. He told me that even though my husband makes a large salary that it didn't matter because this was based on my income, not his. I fell for it. I sent the paperwork he required along with the prescriptions from my doctor. Then they asked for more info = SS card, driver's license and Medicare card. Then they said that they needed one of my husband's pay slips. At that point I began to feel a little uneasy. Then today they said that they needed a month's work of my husband's payslips. I explained to them that I felt that I had been defrauded and wanted my money back. The man was hateful and said to e-mail them my request. I did, but haven't heard anything yet. I'm going to dispute the charges with my bank and also am going to call them each day until (if) I receive my total refund. If not, I may hire a lawyer. This kind of ripoff is unacceptable. Please do NOT fall for their tricks and, if you already have, fight back!!
