This company advertises "free" trials of their skincare products(customers paying only a small shipping fee). However, lots of customers are unaware the fact that when they place the order, they automatically enter into the "agreement" that if they do not take the initiative to cancel the order within 10 days, they will be placed on an auto shipping program and be charged $97.88. Usually, when customers find out about the charge on their credit card statement, if they ever do, the "trial" period has already passed. And the company is very firm on their non-refund policy. In our case, the products we received were not even opened, but they would not take them back because it has been 35 days.
