I ordered what was supposed to be a free trial of these products, all that I was supposed to pay was shipping and handling. I was supposed to have 14 days to test them. The products were ordered on 2/10/14 and I received them 3 to 4 days later. My account was debited for $192.00 on 2/24/14. The charge was for the same free trial sample I had already paid for. There were not any additional vials sent. If something is given to you for free, there should never be a charge for it. If the company charges me that amount, I expect to receive additional product, not just the so called "free trial".
