On October 26th a charge was put against my bank account for a penny 2 times then for 3 cents. Then on 10/28 I was charged $30.00 when I contacted the company they couldnt find a record of me by phone number zip code or email address. The rep refused to let me speak to a supervisor and I said I was going to file a fraud charge if the money wasnt returned to the account. The funds were taken without permission. If this is a pay day loan company they need to be investigated and shut down. When they took the funds from my account they incurred me an overdraft fee as well. refunding of the full 68.07 will be the only thing I want to happen at this time.

They scammed me to - I found the place they supposedly were evicted from recently.

Monica Moore told me they were evicted, but I called Funding Assurance back and they swear they still operate out of the above address. I don't know who is lying but one of them is not telling the truth.
