so i have already put in one complaint against this company about how i didnt even sign up and somehow they got my information and now are charging me 34.95 from...LONDON. on top of this i have tried calling them multiple times and i have yet to talk to a representative. first time i was on hold for 15 minutes second time 25 minutes third time 45 minutes.........they do not care about the support that they give. they say they are a 24/7 customer support company and i couldnt get ahold of them at 9:30 pm (pacific). they charge you and dont tell you anything of what they are doing. and they dont care if you never used the site...as long as they get their money they dont care.
