Went online to look for a payday cash advance and they charged $99.49 to my bank account. Called the customer service phone number and was told they couldn't get me an advance and that a "representative" would call me back as soon as possible and then hung up on me. That charge caused my rent to be late and almost got evicted, overdrafted my account and caused a substantial amount in overdraft fees.
