Frankly, your organization and all the little divisions you go by is just one big sham. I know that you are also skin cure anti aging and splash skin equinox as well as beauti skin and Beauty and Truth. You make random charges for consumers. Here is the timeline:
On December 9, 2013 I ordered two products which were supposed to be $3.97 each for shipping and handling
I was charged $4.95 and $3.97 and 3.95. I received RVTL and wrinkle skin rewind.

I was then given a credit on 12/27 for $79.00(splash skin equinox)
I was charged on 12/24 for 78.49 (beauti skin)
I was charged on 12/26 99.00 (splash skin equinox)
I was charged on 12/26 93.00 (skin cure anti aging)
I was charged on 1/11 for 99.95 (skin cure anti aging)

I was given a credit of $70.00 (skin cure anti aging)
I was charged 78.49 (beauti skin)

I received two products: RVTL and Wrinkle Rewind
Fourteen days later I received those same two products
I returned those two products

I have had several unpleasant and unsatisfactory phone calls regarding this matter. Today I was told I would be getting $78.49 returned. However, I still have been overcharged and the restocking fees are ridiculously high and not disclosed in your advertisement. A reasonable person would think it would equate to the initial shipping and handling charge.

I owe for the initial trial of shipping and handling for RVTL and Wrinkle Rewind.(3.97 and 3.95)
I was legitimately charged additionally for one of each of them because I didn't call to cancel. (78.49 or 99.00 or 93.00) It is impossible to tell which one because of the obfuscation of names.
I should be credited for those charges as I returned both of them.

I was credited 70.00 by skin cure anti aging.
I was credited 79.00 splash skin equinox
That means three additional charges of 93.00, 99.00 and 99.95 were bogus and need to be credited to my account.
I was charged 5 times for two products, two of which were returned.

When you call to talk with them, they just want to read the letter of agreement and will not listen. Even when the account was closed and I made it clear, they continued to charge my account. Because of the four different names,the various charges and the lies, it is impossible to get through to them. I contacted my credit card company to have them stop any payments to them, but they use different terminals to continue making charges. They are based in Las Vegas, Palmdale and Troy, MI. They use different names but are the same company and same scam.
