Ordered a North Face coat on 2/14/14 for $104.30. They sent me an invoice via paypal, which I paid immediately (and I could see my credit card was charged). I have not received the item yet and when I log into their website it still says my order is processing. I tried contacting them twice through their website and got no response. I also tried disputing via PayPal and my credit card money. No money back so far...
