Okay so I found out about this product from television and reading about it online ... All good reviews. The free trial caught my attention and there I made the decision to try it. I ordered this product along with cleanseFX on January, 10 2014. The first problem I encountered was when I noticed that Garnicia Cambogia didn't even send me an email with my order number and such. I didn't think anything thing of it. Around January 28 I called in asking if they could track my shipment, they proceeded to tell me it's at customs and If I don't receive it in the next 10 days to give them a call, 10 days passed with nothing so I called again... They told me that my shipment was at my local post office. I threw on clothes and drove over to my post office where they told me that there is nothing there for me.. I waited a few days and still nothing. On Feb,7 I called very upset demanding a refund and for them to keep their product. They told me they couldn't do anything about it until the shipment has arrived to me and that my shipment was at customs. (How is my shipment at customs if it was just at my local post office?) ... Anyways today is feb, 25 and I'm looking in my bank account to see that they helped themselves to $98.19 out of my chequing account. I immediately call where the lady proceeded to tell me that my product is still at shipping and they can hold it for as long as they want, I told her "No, I do not no longer care where the product is/was... I do not want it anymore, I want my money" she told me that the only thing she can do is refund me 50% of my money back .... I said "Excuse me? 50% of my money back as if you're doing me a favor? This is money I work for... I will call my attorney if this doesn't get fixed" she told me that she will refund 50% and if the product doesn't come in a week, call back and they will refund the rest .... THIS IS S SCAM! I will be calling in the week for the rest of my money, they are thieves.
