This Company offer a free trial for just shipping and handling which was under $5 , they later charged me $97.80 only 2 weeks after they deliver the products. When I dispute this with them they claim that they stated this charge on their website. I did not see this as they use a smaller font about this, the big letters say free trial and order now.. I had not opened the products and they say if I return them I can get my money back. I shipped them back today and I hope to get full refund.. My complain is the way they advertise this so call free trial there is nothing free about it. My daughter ordered the same product and since this happened to me I told her to call and cancel since it had not been 10 days, they still charged her $38.25. What's free about this. Advertising is deceiving and wrong..

  • I spoke to one of the rudest people I've ever had the displeasure of talking to again today, an AuraVie customer service representative. She told me it didn't matter if I sent the trial product back or not, they wouldn't refund the money. I had to have my debit card cut up by the bank & got a new number so they couldn't charge any future debits to my account. I'm furious about these people! I'm taking copies of these complaints I'm finding to my bank in the hope that it will help them see that I've been scammed along with all these other people. Maybe the bank will refund me the $140 in insufficient funds fees that it cost me after AuraVie charged my account without my knowledge & it threw my bank account into a tailspin.
