Jennifer sold me a very sick (almost died) what is suposed to be a GSD puppy, however there are no registration papers to go with this puppy and frankly it looks like a GSD mix (it is being advertised on Hoobly right now as an AKC registered brindle GSD).
Also bought an adult GSD that she sent papers with that do not go with this dog. I have contacted the breeder and former owner of the papers that she sent with this dog, we verified through pictures that the dog I have and the papers I have do NOT match.
She also got a PG dog from me and owes me a puppy plus she is to pay shipping to get it to me. Once I figured out the adult I have has 'hung' papers and called her on it she is now not returning my calls, email, or text messages.
There are many reports on ripoffreports.com on her, avoid her at all costs.

- This woman stole our dogs from our backyard & tried to sell them. She only gave the dogs back after we brought the police into the situation. The vet clinic knows she's shady & has been banned. She is evil & needs to be stopped. She represents herself as a "rescue/shelter" but is a thief.

- Jennifer Herbes is a scam. She also goes by the names of Jennifer Haley, Amber Haley, Chandler Haley, Jennifer Herbert, Von Haven Kennel, Paws and Claws, Swiss Miss, and many more. She has mutiple personalities, cellphone numbers, and email addresses. She is on Hoobly.com selling cane corso, german shepards, begals, pit bulls and cats of all kinds. She steals other breeders pics as post as her own. She is selling sick and dying animals. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HER.

She stole two of our panda shepherd puppies through breach of contract. Has never told us what happened to them except the male puppy, Ammo, died with conflicting stories of how and when he actually died. Have heard several people comment they have heard of seen the female puppy, Iris, was sold. She had no right to do this. She may have bred one or both or sold one or both with false papers. Neither of these things did she have a right to do. Our contract with her states she is not to breed, register, show, sell of give them away. If she wants to do any of this, we are to be immediately notified so we can and will come reclaim them. She threatened to shoot us when attempted to reclaim them even if we brought the authorities in.
Anyone who has any info regarding these panda shepherd puppies, please notify us. We have been searching for a long time. -
