LevelaSkinCare & Splendyr1Mask

In November I was reading Dr.Oz which lead to an ad that was claiming for LevelA & Splendyr1 Mask to work wonders and it gave the selection to get a trial size for $4.00 on each and then a 3 month supply for additional $89 so I ordered both was charged the $89 and only received a trial on the Levela and a pack of Splendyr Mask in which I waS NOT satisfied with. The 3 month supply never arrived and now in February I received a bottle of LevelA and a box of Splendyr Mask and Charged another $89 for each. There is no number to contact on the invoice nor is there instructions on how to return. I did not authorize these charges especially since they did not deliver the 3 month supply to begin with and there was no way cancel altogether.
