I dealt with Signstech international as it seemed to have ok feedback on ebay. The owner, Leevar Wang was nice to deal with until he had my money. However, I have found out the hard way after I had problems that he has a history for scamming buyers and doing the wrong thing.

I purchased a laser cutter including all shipping etc to my door. The 500kg machine arrived smashed to pieces. He was told about this from the second it arrived on our shore. He did not care. He would not issue an insurance claim, or likely failed to even insure it, and stated “sorry for that,seldome we got it like that.also the insurance takes very long and complex process”.

At first he suggested he might send all new panels and any other pieces needed to "repair" the machine. Then he said that was too costly, so then he might consider compensation. But that also wasnt acceptable to him as he felt it was my responsibility to contact the shipping company and claim damages against them, and it wasnt his fault. I had no involvement in the shipping process. Machine was purchased with freight.

Leevar Wang refused to provide a refund, any compensation, send replacement parts or replace the machine. He suggested I hire someone to fix the machine!!!

The machine is an insurance write off. Every panel is warped and damaged. The panels dont close, locks dont work, parts of the metal are torn, there is rust on many components, the electrical cables were ripped apart that drive the Laser Tube and the exhaust fan is bent and crushed.

I suggested 50% refund as compensation to never deal with this thief again and cut my loses on a machine that is totally worthless.

I highlighted examples of other people that have had similar experiences that I have learnt of, and he said " Any company can not keep 100% perfect or 100% postitive. I don't think it is a abnormal there is 1-2 rude and difficult buyers among our thounds of end customers around the world!"

He refused and stoped all communication.

I have photos and all literature and conversations with Mr Wang which occured via Skype and Email to substantiate my claims. Anyone seeking to use this company should think very long and hard about this descision and should certainly google the company name with suggestive prefixes after it such as fraud and rip off.
