I have booked the ticket on 17th February from Kuwait to Auckland NZ and as per their instructions remitted USD1294 on 18th February through my banker.
Since then their website is showing the payment under process. I have been sending mails to them and till 20th February they were responding to the mails promptly. But after 20th February they are not responding to the mails. I am trying to call the numbers displayed on the website but always on the voice mail. I have to travel on 28th February and so far not able to get my ticket.
The beneficiary account is with Bank Zachodni in Warswa Poland branch. Is it a genuine company or fake company? All the details they provided looks genuine, the bank account, IBAN number everything looks genuine but why they don't respond I can't understand
