On 12/18/2009, I signed a contract with Heart to Heart dating Service and paid $3,095.00 for one year service. During this time I only dated one person. I received paper work from the dating service for unlimited picture profiles. There were approximately 22 unlimited pforfiles I did not like. On July 2010 Heart to Heart Dating Service charged my credit card an annual fee of $1,095 for annual fee. They told me they were going to refund my $3,289.89 after October 15, 2010 if I do not receive service. I have letter dated Aug2, 2010 from heart to Heart), So I signed a letter agreeing "not to disput" the charges authorizing them to pay heart to Heart annual fee (I have letter dated august 2, 2010 for authorizing payment on credit card.

On October 14 2010 I mailed a letter registered and returned signature requesting them to drop membership and ask them to pay me $3,28.89 as stated in the contract. On October 15, 2010 Robin Ross, a manager of Heart to Heart called to inform me that I dropped my membership, and he would pay me $3,289.89 in a check on Novembver 15, 2010. Heart to Heart Dating Serive sent registed mailed to me with a check in December 2010. The Trcking #is UPS, 1ZEY36470390221040 from PA., I have not received the check as of yet. I reported this to police Simmons and the Case#is 20103560143. Police talked Karen Lutz Heart to Heart Dating Service about ther refund check, and told me to get a lawyer. When I called Heart to Heart requesting a good day to me pick up my check they refused to return my telephone calls. I have been to their office three times to pickup the check, first I went to Rockville MD, did not get a check. So Robin Ross asked me to go to Tyson's Corner office to get the refund check twice, I did not get the check from that office I asked them why the manager did not want to see me. They could not give me any reasons while he was sending me on a wild goose chase. And now they do not return my telephone calls requesting a status of my refund check. I went to court for this matter on 10/28/2011 9:30am. Court told me I should get Heart to Heart Dating Service Headquater address and its president name and vice president name. But I do not now where is Heart to Heart Dating Service Headquart is and Heart to Heart Dating Service President and Vice Presidnet names. Court will see me within 90 days with address and name of the president and vice president. Would you help me to get my refund check $3,289.89.
