I purchased hair extensions that were advertised as real human hair. When I receieved them (weeks later then promised) they were fake hair. I did everything necessary to qualify for a refund including sending my hair extensions back to Hong Kong paying for that out of my own pocket. They advised me on the 23rd December 2013 that they had received the returned extnesions and I would get my refund within 72 hours. That was 2 months ago. I have sent countless emails to them with nothing but lies & avoidence in return. I want my money back!!
