SIgned up for free trial and not knowing that i had to cancel in 10 day I got charged for the entire cost. After receiving 2 more shipments at the same time i called the company to cancel and return the product. After a lot of back and forth they agreed to refund my money and cancel the account. I sent it back but never got a refund. A few months have passed and now i have received 2 more shipments and have been charged 3 more times. I have tried to call the company again but the number is not in service
