Initially, i contacted Ixpvisas and enquired about the services they offer. I got mail and continous touch with thier representatives. Before processing the service one of the relocation advisor assist me to pay the initial deposit of £500 to take my case to case advisor. I was confirmed that after initial payment and consulting with case advisor, i can further proceed or cancel the procss and will get my refund. they send me the client user id and password to access and direct contact with them. as i went through the terms and condition that was provided to me was contradict as they stated before payment. Also i found lots of scam of this company online. so i decided not to take my case further and wanted to cancel it, but the case advisor argued with me and stated that i am liable to pay £1000 for cosulting service, though i have not accepted their terms and conditions. On the basis of phone call, they forced me to pay that amount. I already lost £500 now again they charded me another £500 through my direct debited bank account. i already block Global visa for any further transactions from my bank account.
Now they are giving me pressure to either use their services or pay £1000 for canceling it.

now i am in dilemma, what to do next. i don't want to further proceed this any more and want my money to be refunded.
