I agree with you Elizabeth, this company Palmco is a fraud and they did lie, they are not out to help with your bill, they are out to get your money. I signed up in Aug, and yes actually the first 3 months were fine, thereafter the price started rising.....
But right now I am TOTALLY OUTRAGE, my bill for this billing cycle, Jan-Feb is RIDICULOUSY RIDICULOUSY HIGH for 1 month. I called the company and its just SAD SAD... I did cancel & yes, there will be another bill so to Palmco YOU ARE WRONG, WRONG WRONG ..NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!
