A Person Living in Nigeria and making fraud in UK

Dear Sir,

We are being victim of Fraud by a company in UK named “ Jacob Metals Limited” . This Company make website as http://www.jacobmetalsltd.com/ . We found this company on Alibaba.com. We verify this company by their Company number on Companies House Web site and all the thing seems well at that time. We put them a order for Compressor scrap for 25 Ton and Mr. John Lee dealing with us issue us a Formal Proforma invoice for an amount of 6500 USD. As per agreed payment terms we make them 30% advance payment through TT i.e 1950 USD. Mr. John lee promised to deliver the material within 2~3 working days but even after 8 days still no reply from him. We got doubted about the deal and check the company again on internet.

Now the actual fact is this. The Company mentioned above is fake and running a duplicate company. Actual company web address is http://jacobmetals.co.uk/ . Mr John lee is using the complete address, VAT and Company number of this company and making fraud with peoples. We believe that it’s easier to catch him though his bank account that is in Halifax Bank, UK where we deposit the amount i.e 1950 USD

Today we check his E-mail IP i.e 41.203.69.1 is showing that this person is in Nigeria and through altitude and longitude its very easy to catch this person in Nigeria. I can share the exact location of this person as well if you needed.
