Approached by 2 salesman in White suburban whom had 2 qty Volare 16k HD in walmart parking lot. They sold me a Volare 16k video projector and screen for $500. The projector was defective, solid black spot in center of image projected. Also, the screen was defective. Could not retract. I contacted the Volare website numerous times requesting exchange with no return contact whatsoever.
