I just cannot agree with some of these comments on here. I dealt with this company and I got absolutely fantastic service from them. At the end of the day every company makes mistakes. I was two handles short but they were posted to me and I got them two days after I contacted them. I saved four thousand pounds for the next best price that I received so I think that having to wait to days for my handles is hardly the end of the world. To be quite honest my fitter my have thrown them away with all the rubbish but they didn't question me but just them. I suppose also it's down to how you ask. If you going to rant and rave down the phone at them then I suppose that it will be difficult to get anything out of them for free. I asked nicely and they were sent. I would definately use this company again.
