phone call in pm claiming to be microsoft tech me being a greenhorn let him access my computer to show all the problems with it. finaly gbm came up and a one time fee that's when i hung up and turned the computer off. it has not been able to operate ever since (it's brand new jan 2014) so i'm using my old one again. is it possible that the tech was able to screw up my new comp? i'm hoping it is coincidence and they were just trying to sell me something and moved on when i hung up thanks
