I had a free trial with the company which I terminated the 28/01/14 and sent pack the products to the return address by recorded mail. I considered my account closed but to my surprise only the Equinox account was closed and on the 21/2/14 I received a new RVTL anti-ageing cream and my account was charged by £89. When I called the company about the mistake they made, the only solution they offered was to send back the product on my own expenses and the company will still charge me £20 Warehouse fee, according to "company policy". I am outraged!!!
