Michael Pearce together with Mike Hanran pretend to offer mortgages 4.85 with borrowings of 95 %. They took an advance of $5000 for a valuation, setting up of a family trust and a $ 2000 commitment fee. However no such valuation was done even though I contacted the supposed company and the trust was never setup. Neither Michael Pearce and Mike Hanran gold a licence as mortgage brokers nor an AFSL licence. STAY CLEAR
