On or about late January 2014 a person called Michael Santoli direct phone number 949-527-7050 called my number and told me he was with my mortgage company (which he was not) to refi a property I owned. I told him I was not interested since I just bought a house and did not want to go through the headache of all the paperwork again. He REASSURED ME that it would be very simple! All I would need is a copy of my Insurance for the property and a copy of a months bank statement. After a month already they want explanations of deposits copies of multiple documents that I have to dig for...and so on. This guy is a complete LIAR AND THIS COMPANY IS A TELEMARKETING SCAM!!! I want all my information erased from there database and this guy looked into. He is a total telemarketer trying to make a profit by lying to people!!! Watch out for MICHAEL SANTOLI
