Safecart deducted $14.99 from my bank account without my knowledege. I cancelled this account November 2013. In their response to me they gave me this ticket #2014013110025842. I've aksed them twice to refund the money and as of this date 2/20/14 they have not returned my money. Iconsider this theivery and if I do not get a refund by the end of February I'll report them to the Better Business Bureau of NY State.
