I have ordered with this company before in all honesty it went well. Until two weeks ago I dreadfully paid extra for expedited shipping. Bad idea because it's been showing as processing for two weeks now.
Tried calling their numbers, always busy or not even existing.I am trying their online chat right now. I am thinking I need to resort to a family member going to their address in Hong Kong to sort this out.
Unbelievable customer service.
