I ordered clothes on January 25, on Feb 12 the administrator replied to my message saying that they would ship my order in 3 business days and they would give me a tracking number. They said:
"I have checked ,the items in your order just arrive ,three business working days later you can get the tracking number ,thank you for your support to our company ,we will arrange your order shipment priority.".
I left several messages since then and they haven't replied. I tried to call the phone number and it doesnt work. I don't know why they do this, they have such a good website and they could be doing so well if they were professionals about it but instead they let all these negatives reviews pile up... shame on you! Please reply to my message, I want to know about my order.
