I paid for the study guide information. They won't let you view the whole thing unless you pay, so I did. I look at the documents and they are incomplete and random answers selected. It was an obviously fake answer and when I asked for a refund, they said that once I look at a document nothing can be done other than down grade. I want my money back because the site has false information that I didn't know was the case. I wouldn't have paid a dime for this and will be posting this all over Facebook and giving it to the local media.
