To All:

At this point I would like to express my complete disappointment in the way I have been treated through out this entire deal dating back from the very beginning. I have met all obligations and have been assured that I would receive my funds on numerous occasions only to find out that i have been misled once again. Now the funds are at some clearing house in London where they represent themselves as Barclays clearing house. Now, more demands are being placed on me. To Recap:
Signed Contract with ADP with 100% assurance that I would not have to pay anything until 100% funded. I went over this on more than one occasion and do have it in writing from Henry Basily.
Result = Not Funded !! - Violated Direct Terms of Contract and Deceived.
I was then transferred to Brent Oxford with UK Finance and again I confirmed with Henry that I would not have to pay a dime before being funded. Again, I received an email stating that “Brent understands that I will not have to pay a dime” from Henry Basily.
Result = Not Funded !! - Violated Direct Terms of Contract and Deceived.
I was then transferred to Mark Silver from Global Bank. This is where Global Bank demanded $122,200.00 before funding could happen. After many conversations with Mark Silver and emails with Henry Basily as well as Brent Oxford. I was guaranteed in writing from Global Bank and ADP that if I paid the $122,200.00, I would then be funded immediately.
Result = Not Funded !! - Violated Direct Terms of Contract and Deceived.
I was then informed that because of bad debt being incurred by ADP, ADP is now demanding a 100% fully refundable security deposit of $366,600.00. After many conversations with the 3 parties, Henry Basily, Brent Oxford then agreed it I pay 50% of the security deposit that I would be 100% funded. This was in writing and I also relieved a guarantee in writing from Mark Silver of Global Bank that I would be funded immediately.
Result = Not Funded !! - Violated Direct Terms of Contract and Deceived.
At this point I demanded a full refund as a result of ADP violating the terms of the contract and Global Bank not funding me according to the commitment provided to me in writing.
I was then informed by Gordon Cooper that Brent Oxford had been making deals with customers and receiving money for deals he was directly responsible for. He as released from the company and Gordon Cooper now took over. Even though there was no agreement between Sivart Yackam, LLC and Brent Oxford and Gordon Cooper also stated in writing that there was nothing inappropriate with our transaction.
Result = Not Funded !! - Violated Direct Terms of Contract and Deceived.
Now after many days and weeks of conversations, emails, phone calls ADP and Global Bank agreed that if I send the remaining $25,000.00 that I had in my account. I would be funded. I even received letters from:
Global Bank - Commitment to fund
ADP - unconditional Guarantee to fund
Result = Not Funded !! - Violated Direct Terms of Contract and Deceived.
I have now paid a total amount of $330,500, which is not in the contract, and still
Result = Not Funded !! - Violated Direct Terms of Contract and Deceived.
I am demanding 100% of all funds paid returned to me immediately without any delay. I have contracted my attorneys in London and Panama and they are looking into every aspect of this transaction. Even though I still feel that Global Bank is also a victim of ADP’s and UK Finance’s intentional fraudulent behavior, I can not release Global Bank (Mark Silver) from responsibility yet. Once the funds are returned to my account in whole, then we can release Global Bank of any responsibility and they will be used as a witness in the legal battle that will pursue.
