I applied for a sample of Juvesiio and paid for post and packing. I received an email in January thanking me for my business I thought nothing of it. Then I received another in February that's when alarm bells rang. I checked my bank account and noticed that they had taken $145 out my account in both January and February. I contacted them and cancelled the account explaining that I had received only 1 bottle of serum and I requested a refund. They replied with customer services number with regards to receiving a refund. Low and behold a bottle of serum was delivered which I had to sign for, I didn't have to sign for the first one. So I contacted them today and as a "good will gesture" will refund me $83 but they didn't take my card details and they claim everything is cancelled. I know I'm not the first person to be scammed by this company. I live in Scotland and I'm glad I asked for their address so I can make companies like yourselves aware of them. Don't know if there's much you can do for me but it might help others from getting scammed.
