TOOK A TOTAL OF £78 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT ON TWO OCCASIONS 20 JAN 2014 AND 28 JAN 2014. TOOK THE 2ND PAYMENT OF £39 AFTER I HAD CONTACTED THESE CROOKS TO CANCEL MY "LOAN APPLICATION"
COMPLAINED TO FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN UK. THEN MWSF RANG ME SAYING I WOULD BE REFUNDED ON 2 FEB 2014.
NO REFUND YET GOT BILLS TO PAY.
EMAILED THEM 17 FEB 2014 TO RAISE MY ISSUE. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. LEFT ME UNABLE TO PAY BILLS OR TO PAY FOR FLOWERS FOR MY TWO FAMILIES GRAVES ON THE ANNIVERSARY OF THEIR PASSING.
DISGUSTING GREED. WILL BACKFIRE ON THEM
