Placed two separate orders through Wesley Berry (flower delivery express) on 2/13 in the morning. One was to be delivered later that evening, the other the next day on Valentine's. Came home that evening, hadn't arrived. They provide no tracking information, nor tell you which "local florist" will be full-filling the order so you can contact them for a status update.

Tried emailing them as per their "confirmation email" instructions (which look incredibly unprofessional, by the way). No response. Called them that evening. No response. Left a message saying I wanted to cancel all orders since they screwed up the first one. No call back four days later. You can't get a hold of a real person if you call concerning an existing order. It just shoots you to an automated voice message system. I tried posting to their facebook wall. If you are diligent, you can see that ANY negative comments are hastily removed.

Their website claims "Same Day Delivery 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed," yet everyone I've talked to who has someone gotten a correspondence from them says that they just try to give you a $30 rebate, not a refund, even though that CLEARLY goes against what's on their front page.

I reported them to my credit card company and plan to report them to the Better Business Bureau as per a suggestion by my credit card carrier. DO NOT order through them. Period.
