I purchased Total Defense in Sept 2013 based on the assurance I could get a total refund if I wasn't satisfied. The rebate process seems to be designed to ensure that customers will make an error in some step of the process. I wasn't satisfied and submitted my claim and paperwork. I was told the process would take approximately 90 days and when I got no refund, I contacted the company to discover they hadn't received my paperwork and the 60 day window to apply for the refund had expired. I evetually got someone at the company who assured me that he would make sure I got my refund but again it got denied. I GIVE UP.
