Got a £60 parking ticket which said I parked in a disabled bay with no valid badge displayed,on the lay-bys on Edinburgh Way, Rochdale.Yet there were no markings on the lay-bys,or signs to show that this was a disabled bay.I have appealed.This is a most unfair and underhanded thing to do, and I think they should change their name to Dick Turpin enterprises.
