Following a Facebook ad I purchased what I thought was a 14 day trial pack of Garcinia Gambogia & VitalCleanse ($9.95 & $9.87US respectively) in Dec. 2013 (25th) but have since had payments deducted from my credit card in both January (23rd & 28th). I called both companies to complain and was advised that buried in the small print I had agreed to this. All I can say is that this would never be accepted in Australia - an incredibly shoddy marketing practice!!!!!!
VitalCleanse have agreed to a 75% refund but Garcinia Cambogia are refusing to provide any refund. I have contacted my back to dispute the charge. I think I have cancelled the ongoing payments for both but will certainly be monitoring my credit card statement.
Beware - get these products from Amazon or a Chemist in future!!
