I placed an order for a pair of shoes for my son with his own money and have reported email after email and still jave not heard back. They did take my money off my card and when i go into my account it just keeps showing pending. But have not yet recieved anything and i ordered way before chinese new yr. I am outraged .please do not order from this site its fruad and scam and you will not get ur money or product and if it say to re order dont they will be taking more money from you. Be safe
