I purchased three gifts at Michael Kores. One week later I returned them because my daughter in law did not like the items. I had no idea I could not get my money back. I had used my debit card. I had to get a gift card with over $200.00 on it or make another selection in the store. I ended up with a gift card. Not what I wanted. If I had known about Michael Kores return policy, I would have never made a purchase. I learned my lesson. Also, I think it is totally stupid for an employee to work in those high heels. There is no way you can be a productive employee while trying to walk in heels. They look great, but what is more important for this company? I bet if Michael Kores had to walk in high heels all day in a retail store he would change dress code.
