I ordered two DVD's on Feb 1 and paid for them. I got a response from Cinema Direct giving me my order number and telling that the DVD's are shipped. Over a week later I decided to see the staus of the order. They say that I had no order. I can not reach any person on the phone, accept a recorded message. They remain unavailable for comment. They appear to be a real scam!
