I went to check my balance on my student debit card and there was a pending transaction for $99.99. I called the card company and they said it was listed as "FEC FASTECIGS" and that numerous other accounts had similar monetary transactions.

This morning I received an email from ecigsbrand.com letting me know that my order was sent out for refills. I didn't not order anything from them. I called the customer service number and was informed by Joseph that until I confirmed my order number and verified my address, he would not put me through to his supervisor.I declined on the grounds that confirming the requested info would constitute my admittance of purchase.He did give the supervisor's name (Savrico)but told me he was busy. After I repeatedly asked for the supervisor to no avail, I informed Joseph that I worked with investigators from Kroll (which I do) and that I had already notified my attorney on this matter. He still refused and I told him he would be hearing back from either agency.

Fifteen minutes later, I received emails stating that my order had been cancelled and a refund of $50 was put back on my account. When I went to email [email protected] to thank them and request the remaining $49.99 refund, the email was classified as "Deliverable: No known email recipient".
