I have applied for childcare job from gum tree and when they called, they asked me if I have Paediatric first aid, as I told them that I have studied nursing, A&E, medicine and psychology, do I still need that? And they said yes, straight away the booked an interview in Crown House and appointment for Paediatric first aid course in Ilford and took £20 deposit on the phone.
So I went there and there was about 15 people there as well, the way the guy was teaching wasn’t even proper first aid training, so at the end some of us didn’t get attendance certificate, so we went upstairs to the office and the office was closed and no one was there.
Later on I tried to call them and they are either not answering the phone or if they answer they says that they will send me my certificate, I didn’t even get to have interview. So today on the 14/02/14 I went crown house and black guy said he will go and talk to his supper wiser, so when he came back he said suppers wiser says it has nothing to do with them and I have go Ilford where I had my training and this is completely different company, when I wanted to talk to supper wiser he didn’t tell me where he/she is.
They use one empty room to talk to people and they don’t disclose their main office to anyone. me and rest of the people who have the same problem trying to investigate and get our money back.
They use much different address, but tomorrow I am going to Ilford to see if I can meet them there if they haven’t vacated the office yet.
