This person started emailing me in Jan. 2014 saying I was being taken to court by him and the National Bureau of Criminal Investigation on behalf of Cash Advance USA and will end of paying $9583.67 AND CRIMINAL CHARGES! He has my SS# and says I took out a payday loan but I never got any payday loans from this company. I cancelled all of my bank accounts and they cannot collect from me. This guy insists he is a criminal investigator and has threatened to show up at my home or place of business. Thing is I no longer live at the address he has and I am not working anymore due to health problems. All of my mail is forwarded and I have never gotten anything from Cash Advance USA. the emails are from a private account, not a corporate Cash Advance USA account, and they are riddled with misspelling, grammatical errors and basic business form that we all learned in H/S typing class. He also has never given me a direct phone number. This is all email harassment.
