My complaint is the same as the one filed 8/3/2013. "Terry' gave me the same answer to my issue about not being able to download the program. I have tried repeatedly to contact VirtualPilot3D since 12/24/2013 with no response or resolution. It looks like I'm out the money at this point. Money was sent by Sapphire Marketing thru PayPal O.K. though. DO NOT buy this program!!
