I purchased a dealfind for Le Chateau outlet where you pay $30 for $60 worth of credit. I bought two vouchers. I went to the store and attempted to use the vouchers after trying everything on and having a screaming 9 month old with me. I tried to pull up the voucher on my phone and wasnt able to open it up. I even went to a mobile repair store within the mall and they werent able to help me. I was frustrated with the time and money I used to than have to put the clothes on hold and return back home. The next day I called dealfind for a refund Jesse advised me I could get one as per the fine print. He wasnt understanding my frustration with having to use up my gas and time to go back to the store also having to email myself the voucher twice in order to get it to print. Something is obvious wrong with their system. Jesse again advised me they have heard of no technical problems and to simply print the voucher. I asked to submit a complaint, he said ok anything else? I knew the complaint was going nowhere. I asked to speak to a manager and Jesse advised me this was not a concern for a manager and no he would not be transferring the call. I asked him twice and he remained firm that I couldnt speak to a manager. I came off the phone and decided to send them an email outlining my issue with the voucher and now with Jesse. To my shock Jesse emailed me back! I dont understand why I cant get a hold of anybody else at that company. The person I am complaining about is handling his own complaint? This doesnt seem right. In the response he again advised me to print out the voucher in the future. I would not recommend this company at all! I will stick to GROUPON as I have never had any difficulty pulling up their vouchers nor using them. I have also filed a complaint with Better business bureau indicating that Jesse keeps blocking me from speaking with a Manager.
