I got a call from a man with a heavy Indian accent telling me he needed my legal representative contact information. When I ask who was bringing charges on me he wouldn't answer. I told him if this was a scam he'd be sorry, he got mad and hung up. I called back about 10 minutes later and he finally told me I took a payday loan out with one of American Cash's "500" or so subsidiary businesses. After that I told him I didn't even know of a American Cash. He said every thing is sent to their attorneys office and don't call him back at 785-727-2368.
