When I made my reservation with Pam over the phone, she told me the price was $229 per night, including all taxes & fees (a total of $687 for 3 nights). She said she needed the credit card to hold the room. I just got my credit card bill with a $799.71 charge. My reservation isn't even until May! I called, spoke with a representative and his supervisor, Lynn, and got nowhere. I asked for corporate phone number--not available. I asked for corporate address which is above. I will write to them , file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and whatever else I can do. Their practices have to be illegal!
