Alliance 8 aka Freedom Financial claimed they will settle my debts for a fee approx $4700.00 and will reduce my debts by 50%. They now claim the creditors would not settle for less than 80%. They never mentioned that the creditors atty would take me to court for the debt owed, A8 is clueless that the consumers come face to face with these attys in court, and we actually negotiate with the attys to settle for about 50%-60%. A8 has defaulted in this month's payment to the creditors atty and the attys want to get judgment against me. I am about to seek legal advice.
