International boundaries

My dealings with IXP Visas has been one of the company has been among the lowest of any company I
have ever dealt with.

My sole purpose was to hire a immigration agency to make the transition of moving
much easier and far less time consuming.

And here I am,
after a constant battle for expectations to be met and promises unfulfilled,
I am drafting a complain based on my second-rate experience with IXP and it’s employees.

It started off with speaking to a pushy sales consultant asking for funds to start the process.

Then my original “case manager” was never punctual with her weekly calls, and even decided to stop our weekly calls together. I questioned her about her behaviour and I was berated for it.
Then of course I hear from her in writing that she had decided to leave the company.

I wonder why?

Since the collapse of my relationship with my client manager, my faith in the company soon started to fade.

That warm fuzzy feeling of moving began to diminish as I saw their true motives beginning to emerge.

Therefore, I have reported "IXP Visas" to Australia’s ScamWatch and will be looking into reporting to the ICCRC.

After my
I have requested a full refund of 2,334.00 AUS Dollars to paid back into my account, and to this day (13 Fed 2014), they have made no attempts in resolving the matter.

In fact, I wrote in to Liam the founder, about my experience, and one of their U.K consultants wrote back:

Hello,

Thanks for your feedback and emails.

Christine's manager will be in touch with you shortly to discuss your feedback.

Have a nice evening.
Lina
Client Account Manager

This was on the 24/1/2014.

Since then? Nothing.
No call. Zilch.

I find this staggering.
And also

I would recommend anyone who is thinking about immigrating, think long and hard before using IXP Visas (Global Visas). Even the name had to be changed due to the bad press they received after the video program that exposes fraudulent companies:

They scandalous activities are deeply felt and heard from all over the world.
Just type in “Global Visas review” or “IXP Visas reviews” and you will discover this for yourself.

From a team of lawyers, I am very surprised that no correspondence
was ever sent to me regarding my case in writing when initially signing up.

No contract was formalised at all.

Furthermore,
the number on the Australian website was "switched off" for no apparent reason when tried calling myself.

Do your homework people, because the dream of a “promised land” by this money-grabbing company may never actually be a reality.

Regards
